Streets LLP in the United Kingdom is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll for a varied client portfolio, including salaries, pensions, and auto-enrolment, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

This part-time role (18–25 hours per week) is based in our office with a collaborative culture, opportunities to develop payroll expertise, familiarity with CIS, GDPR, and leading payroll software such as BrightPay, Sage Payroll, IRIS or Moneysoft.

Competenze

• Experience in accountancy practice, payroll bureau or professional services
• Knowledge of CIS and subcontractor payments
• Experience with payroll software such as BrightPay, Sage Payroll, IRIS Payroll or Moneysoft
• Experience preparing P11Ds and administering employee benefits
• Knowledge of GDPR and payroll data security requirements

Mansioni

• Process weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly and monthly payrolls for a varied client portfolio
• Administer workplace pensions, including new starter assessments and regulatory submissions
• Prepare PAYE summaries and support clients with payroll and HMRC-related queries
• Set up PAYE schemes and maintain accurate payroll records
• Process subcontractor payments and CIS submissions
• Administer employee benefits, including P11D and Benefit in Kind reporting
• Deliver excellent client service through professional telephone and email support
