Job summary

Plymouth Community Homes is seeking a Payroll Executive on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. The role is part-time, Monday to Wednesday, with responsibility for accurate, timely payroll processing and data integrity across the organisation.

You will work closely with the People and Culture team to deliver payroll services, answer queries, and help improve payroll processes and employee experience. This is a collaborative role in a supportive, community-focused housing organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a comprehensive payroll role within a high-volume environment.
• Confident with payroll systems and managing employee data accurately.
• Ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft 365 applications.
• Enjoys collaborative teamwork and contributing to service improvements.
• Seeking a part-time opportunity (Mon–Wed).
