Job summary

Plymouth Community Homes is seeking a Payroll Executive on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. The role is part-time, Mon-Wed, and on-site at Crownhill, focusing on timely and accurate payroll processing and data integrity.

You will work with the People and Culture team to deliver high-quality payroll services and contribute to ongoing process improvements, in a collaborative and friendly environment at our South West offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in a comprehensive payroll role within a high-volume environment.
• Ability to work with payroll systems and manage employee data accurately.
• Capable of prioritising competing demands and meeting deadlines.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft 365.
• Team player with a focus on service improvement.
• Part-time role Monday to Wednesday availability.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth delivery of payroll services across the organisation.
• Work closely with People and Culture and the wider business to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
• Maintain the integrity of employee data, respond to payroll queries and contribute to process improvements.
• Contribute to a high-quality payroll service and employee experience.
