IMH Recruitment is seeking a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join our busy office team in Rotherham. You will support payroll processes and respond to candidate queries, ensuring accurate and timely pay runs.

We are looking for a reliable, organised individual with payroll experience who can manage holiday tracking, respond to payroll queries and liaise with our payroll provider. Part-time hours: Mon, Tue and Fri 8:30–5:00.

Qualifications

• Previous payroll experience is essential.
• Computer literate with good attention to detail.
• Organised and able to manage your own workload.
• Confident communicating with candidates and external payroll providers.
• Reliable and professional.

Responsibilities

• Updating our holiday tracker and processing holiday requests.
• Completing spreadsheets and communicating with our payroll company.
• Dealing with candidate queries regarding pay and holiday.
• Requesting and chasing timesheets.
• General payroll administration and office support.
