Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Payroll Administrator for a part-time role in Dereham. You will manage end-to-end payroll processes for a growing portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Payroll Administration, be available for 18-21 hours per week across five days, and be commutable to Dereham. The position offers pro rata salary of £26,000–£30,000 plus benefits and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Background in Payroll Administration or similar
• Looking for part-time role
• Commutable to Dereham

Responsibilities

• Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for multiple clients from start to finish
• Calculating PAYE, National Insurance, SSP, SMP, SPP, attachments and pension contributions
• Processing new starters and leavers, including P45s
• Administering auto-enrolment pension schemes and liaising with pension providers
• Processing CIS requirements, including subcontractor invoices and HMRC verification
• Advising clients on CIS deductions and providing subcontractors with monthly payment and deduction reports
• 18-21 hours per week over 5 days
