Job summary

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a part-time Pathway Teacher to deliver high-quality teaching across the Pathway, supporting learners to progress in line with EHCPs. You will plan, deliver, assess and monitor learner progress while creating a supportive, inclusive learning environment.

The role requires Level 2 literacy and numeracy, a degree-level qualification, and a teaching qualification (or progress towards one). Experience with SEND, including Autism, is essential.

Qualifications

• Level 2 literacy and numeracy and a degree-level qualification or equivalent.
• A teaching qualification or progress towards one; specialist SEND qualification or commitment to obtaining one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment across the Pathway.
• Assess learner work regularly and contribute to the quality improvement process.
• Set and review targets through Individual Learning Plans and EHCPs; maintain learner progress records.
• Coordinate with Progress Coaches, families and external partners to support learner goals.
• Lead on planning and delivery to ensure coherent learning and support across the Pathway.
