Job summary

EDF Energy Limited is seeking a Park & Ride Security Officer at Sizewell C on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). The role focuses on patrols, gate and barrier operation, and ensuring only authorized personnel access Sizewell C sites.

Ideal candidates have an SIA licence, driving license, and a verifiable five-year work history, with a proactive, customer-focused approach to support project construction activities.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in reports and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for customer-facing duties.
• Good IT skills for operating security systems and logs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mobile and foot patrols around the site fenceline.
• Act as first point of contact for contractors entering Sizewell C sites.
• Use the Delivery Management System (DMS) to authorize deliveries and check dates/times.
• Maintain effective communications within the security team.
