FQPS Academy Ltd. is seeking a third-year Law student to join its growing legal team as a part-time Paralegal. The role offers flexibility around university commitments while providing valuable experience in corporate law within a busy, yet relaxed environment.

Responsibilities include legal research, assisting with transactions and documentation, file management, and day-to-day support for solicitors and clients. Hours: 4.0–12.0 per week.

Qualifications

• Must be a current third-year Law student, with an interest in corporate law.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Good IT, written and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research.
