Job summary

ACCORD Hospice in Paisley seeks a Band 6 Physiotherapist to work 15 hours per week across our Community HUB and Inpatient Unit. You will support people living with life-limiting illness, focusing on palliative and end-of-life care in hospice, community, and patients’ homes.

Applicants must be HCPC registered Physiotherapists with ability to manage a varied caseload. Driving licence required for community work; 15 hours over 2 days. Salaries follow Agenda for Change.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a varied caseload in community settings.
• Driving licence and access to a car for community work.

Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy assessment, planning and delivery in community HUB and Inpatient Unit.
• Support mobility, function, breathlessness and fatigue management.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and service development.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and discharge planning.
