Job summary

Priory Hospital East Midlands is recruiting an HCPC registered Occupational Therapist to join our Acute and PICU ward. The role involves assessing patients, developing and delivering tailored treatment plans, and coordinating junior staff, with a focus on dignity and high standards of care.

Requires HCPC registration and a Diploma or BSc in Occupational Therapy, plus at least 3 years’ experience including 1 year in addictions, neuro-rehab or eating disorders.

Qualifications

• Must be HCPC registered with a Diploma or a BSc in Occupational Therapy.
• Full BAOT membership is desirable.
• At least 3 years’ experience, including 1 year in addictions, neuro-rehab or eating disorders.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients on the Acute and PICU ward and contribute to tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver and monitor interventions and activities to support recovery while maintaining dignity and high care standards.
• Manage and coordinate junior staff and ensure accurate, timely documentation of progress.
