Job summary

Network Group Holdings is seeking a part‑time Optometrist to visit patients in their own homes across Brighton and surrounding areas. The role involves conducting full clinical tests and dispensing with a sympathetic approach to elderly and frail patients.

The position is three to four days per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible days and no weekends. You will work with the latest mobile technology and digital records system, receiving support from the senior optometrist team at Head Office.

Qualifications

• Empathy and sympathetic approach when visiting elderly/frail patients.
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes across Brighton and surround area.
• Experience with domiciliary care is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their homes for full clinical tests and dispensing.
• Travel to various locations from the postal address, seeing 6–7 patients per day.
• Utilise mobile technology and digital records system for patient care and remote second opinions.
