Job summary

Cats Protection is seeking a part-time Retail Online Hub Assistant for Skipton Superstore, opening November 2026. The role is 14 hours per week, including Mondays, with a permanent contract.

You will process and list donations on the online hub and work with shop management and volunteers to deliver a strong operation and positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience listing and selling items on online platforms, solid IT skills, and the ability to communicate

Qualifications

• Experience listing and selling items on online platforms (Professional or personal).
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels within and outside the organisation.
• Self-motivated with a flexible, positive and resilient attitude.
• Proficient IT skills and comfortable using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Process and list donations on the donated online hub to maximise online income.
• Collaborate with shop management and volunteers to ensure robust operations and positive customer experience.
