Job summary

Cats Protection in Skipton, North Yorkshire, is looking for a Shop Manager to lead our Retail team at the Skipton Superstore.

This full-time role covers 37.5 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays, with a base salary of £24,000. In addition there is a £3,000 per year superstore management supplement, bringing total potential earnings up to £30,500, and the position is permanent.

Location: Skipton Superstore (opening November 2026)

Work pattern: 37.5 hours per week including weekends and bank holidays

Salary: Up to £27,500 plus £3,000 superstore management supplement per year
