Job Title: Part-Time Office Manager (Maternity Cover)

About the Role:An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive and organised Part-Time Office Manager to join a dynamic, customer-focused organisation providing innovative housing solutions. This role offers flexible working hours across 25 hours per week, allowing you to choose a schedule that best suits you.
The successful candidate will cover maternity leave for 13 months, commencing with a handover period starting on 26th August. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficient administrative support and maintaining seamless communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage daily office activities to support smooth operational flow
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules
- Maintain records, handle correspondence, and prepare reports as required
- Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance productivity
- Assist with document management and filing systems
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure office needs are met
- Implement office policies and procedures to maintain a professional environment
Person Specification:- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and office technology
- Positive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
