Busy Bees Rugby is seeking an Early Years Educator to join a supportive team. Help deliver the Bee Curious curriculum, support children's learning through play, and contribute to a nurturing environment.

You will work with families, implement EYFS activities, and help children grow in confidence in a busy, child-centred setting.

Formación

• Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience working with children under 5 and a passion for early childhood education.
• Strong communication and excellent organisational skills to plan and deliver EYFS activities.

Responsabilidades

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment and prepare materials for play and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities aligned with the EYFS to support holistic development.
• Serve as Key Person and build strong relationships with families.

Role Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Key Person Role: Oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

Required Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
