Job summary

Busy Bees Rugby is seeking an Early Years Educator to join our caring team. You will help children learn through play, contribute to the Bee Curious curriculum, and support families as aKey Person, ensuring safe, stimulating environments.

The role requires Level 3 EY education, experience with under-5s, and strong communication and organisational skills. Enjoy staff discounts, progression opportunities, and a collaborative nursery environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Good communication, capable of, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the EYFS.
