Job summary

Kids Planet Barrow is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support the chef in preparing healthy meals for children. The role is part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10 am to 2 pm, with responsibilities including catering to dietary needs and maintaining kitchen hygiene.

The position offers training through KP Academy, wellbeing perks, and opportunities in a friendly nursery environment. A basic Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable for applicants.

Qualifications

• Catering experience, preferably in a nursery or similar environment.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable.
• Knowledge of food preparation for special dietary needs.
