Job summary

Burnview Healthcare Ltd in Northern Ireland is seeking a part-time registered nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a residential setting. You will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care in line with NMC Code and RQIA standards.

You will lead and mentor care staff, administer medications safely, maintain records, and work closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals to promote wellbeing and dignity.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Experience working with older people in clinical settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents including those with dementia.
• Administer medications safely following guidelines.
• Monitor health and respond to changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and care plans.
• Lead and support care assistants in daily care.
• Collaborate with GP services and other professionals.
• Ensure adherence to RQIA regulations and NMC standards.
