Shooting Star Children’s Hospices in Hampton (West London) is seeking a part-time Music Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy to children and their families. You will use creative techniques to address trauma, grief and life-limiting conditions within a multidisciplinary team.

The role is community-based with a base at Shooting Star House, Hampton, and involves flexible hours including a primary Thursday day.

Competenze

• Experience as an arts therapist in health or social care.
• Significant experience with children, young people, disabilities, and loss/grief.
• Ability to work with parents/carers and advise team members.

Mansioni

• Provide high-quality music therapy to children and families.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team delivering assessment and therapy programs.
• Offer advice, education, and support to staff, families, schools and professionals.
• Community-based West London post to enable access for those not previously able to access services.
