Job summary

inspiring vet care is seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our team on a part-time fixed-term basis for 6 months. You will cover four sites—Abingdon, Didcot, Wallingford and Wantage—and must be able to travel between them as required.

You will be the first point of contact, managing appointments and client communications while ensuring a welcoming, professional experience. A clean driving licence and own car are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and their pets in a professional and friendly manner.
• Managing front-of-house and processing prescriptions.
• Booking appointments and handling payments and banking.
• Stock control and preparing paperwork for Vets.
• Registering new clients and explaining services and offers.
• Assisting Vets and Nurses as required.
