Job summary

Halfords in Dunfermline is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor to support car parts fitting and cycle servicing. You’ll engage with customers, deliver high-service standards, and learn through comprehensive training to grow in a busy motoring and cycling retail environment.

Hours are 16 per week with rota shifts, including weekends. Prior retail experience is helpful, and the role offers strong product training and staff discounts as part of our Plus benefits program.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with car parts fitting and cycle repair under supervision.
