Job summary

Halfords Group in Taunton is seeking a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester on a part-time basis, 18-22 hours per week, with a base salary of £18,385 per year plus bonus. You will carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and perform a wide range of maintenance, diagnostics and repair work.

We require Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, a valid MOT Licence and a full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Valid MOT Testing Licence.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Deliver high-quality servicing, diagnostics and repairs to a wide range of vehicles.

Education

Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification or experience)

Valid MOT Testing Licence

Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points
