Cygnet Group is recruiting for a Mental Health Act Administrator to support the legal requirements of the Mental Health Act 1983 at Cygnet St Williams. The role is 24 hours a week, at a 12-bed neuropsychiatric service, providing care and assisting with hearings and documentation.

The successful candidate will have admin experience, be proficient in MS Office, and be prepared to undergo an enhanced DBS check. A pro rata salary of £16,633.45 is offered along with a range of staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Admin experience in healthcare setting preferred
• Proficient with MS Office
• GCSE English and Maths

Responsabilités

• Scrutinise section papers and ensure all paperwork is complete.
• Update diaries and spreadsheets with hearing listings.
• Notify parties of report deadlines and hearing dates.
• Chase reports for Tribunal and Managers Hearings.
• Arrange Hospital Manager attendance at hearings.
• Input data for Mental Health Act spreadsheets and audits.
