Job summary

Explore Learning is seeking tutors to coach and mentor learners across the 4–16 age range, delivering tailored lessons with our Compass tool and building a safe, inspiring learning environment. The role focuses on guiding students through the national curriculum, 11+ entrance exams and GCSE content, with a supportive team and ongoing development opportunities.

You will work part-time with a minimum of 6 hours weekly, based at our UK centre, and enjoy progression, training, and guidelines

Qualifications

• Must be aged 16 or over and have right to work in the UK.
• GCSE Maths & English grade 6+ or equivalent (predicted grades accepted).

Responsibilities

• Delivering lessons that last using Compass, with tailored sessions.
• Building meaningful relationships in a 1:6 learning environment.
• Driving academic progress through national curriculum, 11+ and GCSE content.
