Part-Time Marketing Manager (20–22 hours per week)

Are you a creative and driven marketing professional looking for a flexible part-time role? This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative technology company based in Luton, offering a competitive pro-rata salary of up to £38,000. You’ll play a key role in driving digital marketing strategies and enhancing brand visibility.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and manage SEO and PPC campaigns to improve search visibility and lead generation.
• Create and schedule content for social media channels and manage engagement.
• Develop email marketing campaigns and regular newsletters to nurture client relationships.
• Maintain and update the company website, ensuring all content is current and engaging.
• Capture, edit, and produce visual content, including photos and videos, for use across marketing channels.

What Experience is Required

• Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within a technical or industrial sector.
• Proficiency in digital tools including Google Analytics, SEO/PPC platforms, and CMS (WordPress).
• Strong content creation skills with experience in basic photography and video editing.

Salary & Benefits

Salary up to £38,000 Pro Rata

Location

The office is based in Luton and after successful probation there will be flexibility to work from home.
