Qualifications

• Confident communicator with ability to write and adapt content for different audiences.
• WordPress experience is essential.
• Experience managing social media and creating engaging content is desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media channels, create content in Canva, respond to engagement and grow audiences.
• Keep the website up to date with WordPress, add news/case studies, use Google Analytics to track performance.
• Bring stories to life by developing case studies, testimonials, images and video content with clients, and visit organisations for material.
• Build relationships with local media, partners and networks, produce newsletters, support events and maintain marketing KPIs.
