Job summary

Pertemps Network Group is seeking an experienced Management Accountant for a 3-month contract in East Ayrshire. The role is part-time, working 3 days per week, with a pro rata salary of £27,000.

You will manage monthly accounts and reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, monitor grant funding and strengthen controls, reporting to the Finance Director to improve overall finance operations.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified or QBE accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong management accounting and Excel skills.
• Capable of working independently in a varied finance role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, reconciliations and financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end and audit processes.
• Monitor grant funding, restricted funds and financial compliance.
• Strengthen financial controls and improve reporting procedures.
• Support commercial property income and rental management.
• Work closely with the Finance Director to enhance finance operations.
