Yugo USA LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our student accommodation team in central Sheffield. The role focuses on keeping the residence in excellent condition, performing repairs, and supporting health and safety across communal areas.

We value a proactive problem-solver with maintenance, security or facilities experience. A relevant trade is beneficial, and a discretionary annual bonus is part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, security or facilities preferred.
• Proactive approach to solving problems is desirable.
• A relevant trade is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure communal areas are well maintained and safe.
• Perform health and safety checks including fire safety and risk assessments.
• Assist contractors when required and support hygiene in communal spaces.
• Contribute to the overall upkeep and presentation of the residence.
