Job summary

Manpower is recruiting a Maintenance Operative to support the upkeep of a busy site in Cardiff City Centre. This part-time role offers consistent hours (18 hours per week) on Tuesday to Thursday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, with a permanent contract and starting within 1-2 weeks.

You will carry out general maintenance and repairs, assist with painting and upkeep, use hand and power tools safely, and support the wider team with day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a maintenance, caretaking, facilities, or similar hands-on role.
• Confidence using tools and carrying out basic repairs.
• A practical approach with good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
