Goldsmiths, a renowned luxury jeweller, is seeking a part-time Showroom Administrator (24hrs per week) to support the showroom and its clients in Norwich. You will develop product knowledge and ensure administrative tasks align with company procedures in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will assist the Showroom Manager, maintain high standards of client experience, and contribute to a cohesive team focused on exceptional service and accuracy in processing and security obligations.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience within hospitality or luxury retail.
• Ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships with clients.
• A great understanding of what an exceptional client experience looks like.
• Experience of working within a high performing team.
• Excellent organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage showroom administration in line with company procedures.
• Assist the Showroom Manager to ensure smooth showroom operation.
• Process and secure administrative tasks and obligations.
• Support sales floor activities when required and share product knowledge.
