Job summary

Fiskars Group is recruiting a part-time Food & Beverage Team Member for the Wedgwood Tea Room at World of Wedgwood, Barlaston, Stoke-on-Trent. You will greet guests, deliver exceptional service, and help create a memorable visit within a luxury setting.

The role is fixed-term until 3 January 2027, 12 hours per week over 2 days (mainly Sat & Sun). Prior hospitality experience is welcome, but enthusiasm and teamwork matter most.

Qualifications

• Ideally hospitality experience, but quick learners are welcome.
• The team values enthusiasm, personality and a passion for great customer service.
• You’ll be friendly, confident and enthusiastic when welcoming guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and looking after guests with a warm, friendly approach.
• Delivering the high standards of service associated with the Wedgwood brand.
• Building positive relationships with guests and creating a memorable experience.
• Supporting events, conferences and activities across the site.
• Assisting with bookings and general enquiries.
