World of Wedgwood in Barlaston, Stoke-on-Trent, is hiring a Food & Beverage Team Member for the Wedgwood Tea Room. This part-time role involves welcoming guests, delivering excellent service, and contributing to a luxury guest experience within a iconic British brand environment.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you’ll join a friendly team, support events and bookings, and help maintain a polished, inviting setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly and warmly with guests.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable using technology/booking systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly approach and provide excellent service.
• Maintain high standards of service and presentation aligned with the Wedgwood brand.
• Support events, conferences, and activities across the site; assist with bookings and inquiries.
• Create a welcoming, professional environment and work well as part of a team.
