Mappin & Webb is seeking a Client Experience Host for a part-time role (16 hours over 2 days) in our Manchester showroom. You will engage with clients from entry to sale, delivering a personal, luxury experience and building relationships that last beyond a single transaction.

The role emphasizes outstanding communication, hospitality experience, and the ability to thrive in a high-performing team while supporting shop-floor activities and back-office administration.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience within hospitality or luxury retail.

Responsibilities

• Spend substantial time on the shop floor liaising with clients.
