Job summary

Nuffield Health in Cwmbran is recruiting a Lifeguard for our gym on a bank/part-time basis. You will help keep our members safe in the pool, spa, sauna and wet side areas, welcoming guests with a friendly, professional approach.

The role requires a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and a commitment to ongoing training. We offer holiday pay, pension access and a discounted gym membership, with £12.84 per hour pay on ad-hoc shifts.

Qualifications

• Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Passion for great customer care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool and wet-side facilities to ensure safety and a welcoming environment.
• Respond promptly to incidents and follow Pool Safety Guidelines.
