Nock Deighton invites applications for a Part-Time Inventory Clerk based in Hereford. You will visit rental properties, perform inventories, inspections and end-of-tenancy checks while maintaining precise records with our inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out detailed property inventories at the start of tenancies.
• Conducting routine property inspections on behalf of our landlord clients.
• Completing end-of-tenancy checkout inspections.
• Producing accurate and detailed reports using our bespoke inventory software.
• Identifying and reporting maintenance concerns or property issues.
• Arranging appointments and communicating with landlords, tenants and colleagues.
• Carrying out accompanied property viewings when required.
• Supporting the wider lettings and Property Management team.
