Milton Keynes College is seeking a passionate Part Time Lecturer to teach Maths Functional Skills at HMP Bullingdon, focusing on Functional Skills from Entry to Level 2. The role is two days per week (Wednesday and Thursday), 8:15–17:00, at the prison education setting.
A recognised teaching qualification (minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training) with experience is preferred. The college supports learners with diverse needs and aims to transform lives through learning.

Milton Keynes College have an opportunity for a passionate Maths Lecturer who believes in the power of transforming lives through learning. If you can effectively engage with learners and can demonstrate Bullingdon. The role will involve teaching Functional Skills Maths from Entry level to Level 2. This role is part time, working 2 days a week - Wednesday and Thursday - 8:15-17:00.
A recognised teaching qualification (minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training) with experience is preferred. Many of the learners have a diverse range of needs and learning abilities, they will often have had a negative experience with education. As a successful tutor, you will truly inspire them and provide learners with a positive learning experience. You will not only help them to achieve qualifications, but also confidence and skills they can apply to employment upon release, or to other areas within education.
