Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a part-time Learning Support Assistant for the Foundation Department at Slough and Langley campuses, term-time only. The role runs 15 hours per week across 37 weeks per year, with a pro-rata salary on Scale G (£8,580.89 to £9,187.34); FTE £25,483–£27,284.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Mathematics at grade A-C or equivalent are required.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Dyspraxia is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, delivery, and evaluation of learning activities.
• Support students in small groups or individual sessions as needed.
• Monitor student behaviour and maintain confidential records.
