Job summary

Golden Valley Primary School in Nailsea, part of Lighthouse Schools Partnership, is seeking two Learning Partners to join the team for the primary phase. The role supports teaching and learning under teachers and the SENDCo, with flexible hours.

Working 12:00–15:30, 17.5 hours a week plus 5 inset days, this fixed-term contract extends to 31 August 2027. The school offers CPD, supportive leadership, and a friendly environment with enthusiastic pupils.

Qualifications

• Experience or aptitude in managing behaviour and supporting learning.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning under the direction of class teachers or the SENDCo.
• Provide teaching and learning support to pupils, teachers and the wider school community.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a high standard of pupil support.
