Blunsdon Arms is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, master the menu and train great people in a busy pub kitchen.

You will lead by example, drive stock control, assist with food ordering, ensure health and hygiene compliance, and help your team deliver food to be proud of within a branded menu framework. Join a team that values progression, training, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a busy restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
• Ability to manage food preparation, ordering and stock control within a branded menu.
