Job summary

Mitchells & Butler plc's Inn at Scarcroft is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will train chefs, manage day-to-day operations and ensure the branded menu is delivered to a high standard.

You’ll lead a team, smash targets with your team, handle ordering and stock, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met while delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a kitchen team in a busy pub/restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and brand standards.
• Ability to train and motivate staff to deliver high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
