Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Owler Bar is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will oversee training, menu execution and stock control while driving performance and maintaining high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team or section.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP practices.

• Drive targets and performance with the team.
• Support with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and standards.
