Job summary

Running Horse - Harvester in Maidstone is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, drive great food, and train a capable kitchen team. You will lead by example, manage stock and help deliver the branded menu across shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a kitchen team and train chefs.
• Experience in food preparation and stock management.
• Knowledge of branded menus and food ordering processes.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a kitchen.

• Help smash targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, prep, and stock control.
