Job summary

Miller & Carter Enderby is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll train Chefs and Kitchen Team, and drive performance across the brigade, while promoting brand standards and guest experience.

You’ll manage food ordering, stock control and ensure strict health and hygiene compliance, while developing team skills and contributing to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Passion for great food and training staff.
• Understanding health and safety regulations.

• Aim to smash targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
