Mitchells & Butler PLC (Miller & Carter – Cardiff Bay) is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll master the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people, while driving team performance and food quality.

You’ll lead by example, manage food ordering, stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met, with opportunities for progression and staff development in a supportive branded environment.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at Miller & Carter - Cardiff Bay, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
