Job summary

Lighthouse Learning Trust is seeking a part-time Job Coach to support young people with Education, Health and Care Plans on a fixed-term contract until July 2027. The role covers placements across Richard Taunton Sixth Form College and St Vincent College, requiring a driving license and willingness to work across sites.

The successful candidate will guide interns in workplace tasks, collaborate with employers, and ensure positive outcomes for learners throughout the internship programme.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will hold a qualification in Supported Employment.
• Training in Systematic Instruction is preferred but can be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Support interns during placements that will lead to paid work.
