Job summary

Flexspace is seeking an IT & Telecoms Support Specialist to join our Peterborough Head Office on a part‑time basis (25–26 hours/week). You will onboard occupiers to telecoms/broadband services, monitor SLAs with our IT partner, and analyse bandwidth usage across multiple sites.

You will lead IT projects and manage VOIP and Wi‑Fi networks. The role offers a pro‑rata salary of £28,000–£30,000 per year and requires strong IT literacy, experience in B2B/B2C environments, and the ability to work

Qualifications

Experience in IT/telecoms support or equivalent.
Basic understanding of networking concepts, terminology, and VoIP systems (preferred).
Experience with VLANs, switches, firewalls, and basic network troubleshooting (preferred).
Strong IT literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Onboard new occupiers to telecoms/broadband services and liaise with the external IT provider.
Monitor service provider performance and adherence to SLAs.
Analyse bandwidth usage across multiple sites and manage Wi‑Fi‑only networks.
Lead company‑wide IT projects with the outsourced IT support provider.
