Qualifications

• Female care workers preferred to support a client with a spinal injury.
• Ability to provide personal care including showering, grooming and toileting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to ongoing training.
• Prepared to work in the client’s home and follow instructions.
• Able to walk reasonable distances to support client activities.
• Maintain a clean, tidy home and prepare meals to the client’s taste.

Responsibilities

• Care for client with spinal injury and support independence.
• Assist with daily exercises and personal care.
• Help with meal preparation and household tasks.
• Follow care plans and work as part of a team.
• Attend ongoing training and adapt to changing needs.
