Job summary

TEC Partnership is seeking an Inclusion Practitioner to deliver daily 1:1 or small group support at The Grimsby Institute, enabling learners to build confidence, independence and resilience. The role requires knowledge of SEND and experience in education, with GCSE Maths & English at Level 2 being essential.

The post is permanent, with 14.5 hours per week across 38 weeks per year and carries a pro-rata salary. The organisation offers extensive staff benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of SEND and how to support learners to overcome barriers.
• Experience in education or supporting young people with SEND.
• GCSE Maths & English Level 2 qualifications are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily 1:1 or small group support tailored to learners' needs.
• Encourage student confidence, self-reliance and independent learning.
• Attend to personal, physical, or medical care needs as specified.
