Edwardian Hotels London is recruiting for an In-Room Dining Waiter/ess to join The May Fair Hotel in London. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences and supporting the In-Room Operations team.

Responsibilities include taking accurate orders, checking allergens, upselling where appropriate, carrying trays to bedrooms, and keeping the dining area clean and presentable at all times. Prior high-end food service experience and excellent English are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in high-end food operation, preferably In-Room Dining.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Impeccable command of English language, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver an exceptional in-room dining experience for guests.
• Take orders accurately and check allergens; upsell where appropriate.
• Carry trays to bedrooms confidently and present food neatly.
• Maintain clean and tidy In-Room Dining areas; manage floors and trays.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service aligned with brand standards.
