Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-end food operation, ideally In-Room Dining.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Impeccable command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver an exceptional In-Room dining experience for guests.
• Take orders accurately, check allergens and upsell where appropriate.
• Carry trays to bedrooms confidently, ensuring presentation and no spills.
• Keep floors clear of trays and maintain a tidy In-Room Dining area.
